Bulk Supplements always carries high quality ingredients. This White Kidney Bean Extract is awesome and works great as a natural carb blocker. I use this in a pill form that I do manually (1500 mg a day, which is 3 size 0 pills) and I'm very happy with the results. A must have for both maintaining and/or for losing weight. White Kidney bean will be found in about 90% of what are known as "Keto pills" and I'm very happy with it and highly recommend getting this!

This stuff works great at blocking white starchy carbs. I mix one level tablespoon in about 5-oz of room temperature water & drink it about 15 minutes before eating anything containing white starchy carbs (popcorn, white breads, pitas, pasta, rice, etc.). Bulk Supplements provides a very consistent product. This is the 6th 1KG bag I’ve ordered and every time, the contents are identical - same soft, off-white colored powder, no odor & no clumps whatsoever. Upon opening, I immediately transfer the powder to amber-colored, wide-mouth glass jars with tightly sealing lids, which preserves the product perfectly.
