Got what I ordered
AustraliaNot Bark Extract
This is nothing like slippery elm BARK extract. My package is labelled Slippery Elm Extract (where's the bark) and the colour, taste and texture are nothing like other SEB I've used over the past 10 years. The dose says a third of a teaspoon. I take 1 tsp daily for gut health, a teaspoon of this stuff would make me throw up. There is no use by date either. Very disappointed and am loathe to use it. $80 odd wasted.

I'm cheap - I like bargains. This product's price is a bargain IMO (I will share it with my daughter). Shipping was immediate, delivery was very fast. The taste of the Slippery Elm Extract I bought is earthy, pleasant enough to just mix with water and drink straight. No need to bother with smoothies or having to mix with juice. I got it to help my gut. Will it work - that's another issue to be cleared with time
