I got this to try a 72 hour bone broth fast. With just hot water and a pinch of salt it’s light and pleasant. The flavor is so subtle it can easily be added to just about anything. It DOES lack the gelatin that’s supposed to be so beneficial to the mucus lining of the digestive so I think next time I do a bone broth fast I’ll try making a big batch but may still add some of this to boost the protein content.

The nutritional profile is on point, and per usual a nice clean supplement from bulk supplements. But. I bought this for smoothies and due to many reviews stating its flavorless I was on board. It has a VERY strong flavor, impossible to mask with any fruit and Im not adding sugar or sugar substitutes to something healthy. It turns my stomach the flavor and smell is so intense. People saying it doesnt either cant smell or taste or are adding way too much garbage to it. Buyer beware.

I do keto and this is perfect - no added anything and I add MCT oil or peanut butter for my keto diet - plus some cocoa powder. That's my favorite but I do other things - add cinnamon and pumpkin or just vanilla extract. All along with some stevia to make it sweeter! Love it.
