A number of companies are selling this in 1000 mg capsules; 500 is an annoyance, for obvious reasons - I wish BS would offer it. Due to my need for 3-gram dosage, I've switched to a product that's more convenient.

After reading a research paper about a year ago linking taurine concentration decline with the process of aging, I decided to give supplementing taurine a try. So far so good, but I believe it’s a long experiment.

I am a 51 year old male and I have been taking 1500mg of Taurine daily since September 2023 when I added it to my other daily vitamins and supplements. I have tolerated the dose very well and have not had any adverse effects. I had routine blood work done a few months ago and everything was still normal as always. I honestly can't say that I feel any different or notice anything, but after reading various studies I feel that it may be beneficial and will continue taking the same dose and frequency. I have had great experiences with Bulk Supplements so far for the past year or so. Occasionally a product is sold out, but other than that everything has been great. I am satisfied with the prices and free shipping over $50. Products have always shipped quickly and usually arrive in less than a week. Excellent company in my opinion as I haven't had any problems so far.
