I have been using Mannitol for three years now. I have had Parkinsons för 12 years now. I have no doubt that Mannitol has given me a new lease on life. It has reversed a lot of the typical PD symtoms. Like I no longer have a "pokerface", I can smell my food, I don't shuffle my feet as I walk; I can read my own writing again! + dozens of other things. If I had to choose between 2 tsp of Mannitol a day or my Levodopa, I would definitely stick with Mannitol. Good luck to those who are just getting into Mannitol.
