I was afraid it would ruin whatever I added it to, but it didn't change the flavor to my cappuccino, so it past the taste test. The powder was perfectly ground fine, it has the exact color research said it is supposed to have. As a man soon to retire, I'm very happy to discover a product that adds significant benefits to my morning coffee.
