CanadaExpensive, but still most affordable option
This is one of the more expensive products, but because so little is required, is still much less than buying prepackaged. If you don't already have them, get 2 items from Amazon. 1. measuring spoons that go super small - to 1/64 of a tsp (that is the size you need for K2), and a scale that goes to micrograms, so you know you are getting the proper amount with the measuring spoon size. These can be used for all the other items on this site, so well worth the investment. K2 is required to properly absorb calcium, so if you have osteoporosis, high blood pressure or calcification anywhere it is because you are not absorbing the calcium correctly and are K2 deficient. The enzyme to allow calcium to enter the cells and leave the bloodstream requires K2 as one its building blocks. Every person alive should be taking this daily.
