quercetin powder
I chose to put this into 00 size capsules. Using the 100 cap 'machine' I must have used the compressor almost a dozen times without getting much more into the caps, and then it was only about 2-300 mg. This form of quercetin is different from the store-bought one which does contain 500 mg. Therefore I would suggest putting it into juice or smoothy, but not having tried it by itself I cannot comment on the taste, and it is too early to compare results too. Anyway it is a significant saving.
