Feeling pretty good about adding Chrysin to my supplements regimen. Ron S. left a review mentioning the poor bioavailability of Chrysin and how it is greatly improved by mixing it in oil. I somewhat instinctively used a small amount of MCT oil before doing searches on the NIH website as he had referred to. Lo and behold, in their studies they found MCT oil to be a superior carrier for increasing absorption of Chrysin. Considering how expensive it is, I greatly appreciate Ron S. sharing this information that I otherwise would not have accessed.

I got this because of my high risk category for breast cancer. This blocks the receptor converting testosterone into estrogen. This has been an amazing product, providing me extra energy with the testosterone I presently have and making use of it. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!
