The first batch would severely irritate my gums when used sublingually, if I fell asleep without swallowing it. This was a 200mg megadose, it would wake me up, quite alarming but no damage. The current batch is fine. I appreciate the value but I wonder whats going on with quality control. *Grams* are safe in studies, fwiw, many benefits

Quality looks real good. I’ve been taking melatonin for a few years now, at first for sleep purposes but now as an anti oxidant and a preventive. Like the powder so as to avoid excipients. 75 to 80 mg. Pretty much nightly

I appreciate bulk supplements and all the products they offer. My problem with the melatonin is that unless someone is a chemist, there is really no way to figure out how to make a suspension of melatonin drops. One 250 gram bag of melatonin powder contains more than 83,000 3mg doses! I'm still investigating. I would like to make drops, in a suspension. Maybe I can figure it out.
