Great Protein Powder
I mix this with my bullet proof coffee. 1 tablespoon of real butter, 1/4 cup of heavy cream, a splash of vanilla, 1 tablespoon of MCT oil, just a tad of stevia all in a large travel mug, fill with coffee and blend. Makes a great morning breakfast shake.
Well absorbed
I used to take whey protein supplements that upset my digestive tract, but beef protein seems to agree with me and have put on muscle quickly. It taste a bit like unsweetened beef stock, not unpleasant but maybe takes getting used to, but I like it and moreover I know it has nothing added to it no artificial sweeteners or sugars.. perfect for anyone seeking extra protein with a species appropriate diet!
The flavor is disgusting
It's cheap but this stuff tastes absolutely awful. Even a few tablespoons in a big smoothy of assorted berries was gross. Then it upsets my stomach, and I pretty much have an iron gut. I'm probably gonna throw most of the bag away.
Horrible taste but no stomach problems
The taste and aftertaste of the protein is just horrible, probably the worst from all the proteins I've tried. But what can you expect from flavourless beef protein. I have to mix it with 200ml of lemonade and 300ml of water to be able to drink it. But on the positive side, this protein is the only one which doesn't make my stomach feel bad. Feeling much better than from whey. So I will keep using it.
simple way to add beef protein to my shake. I add one spoonful to a whey protein shake.
Review
This is actually my favorite brand. I love that your products are actually bulk. I can't stand how other brands barely offer an "effective dose" with only 17 servings. Gimme a break. The main reason why I promote this brand to my friends is that most products are single to minimal ingredients. I also explain to them the importants of GMP and ISO certifications, which is probably the single most important reason that I first decided to try this brand.
