Since you asked, not satisfied. Product “melts at room temperature.” This information is buried under a drop down link that is easy to miss. Powder becomes semisolid and difficult to swallow. Forget about mixing it into your smoothie. I have a real need for this supplement so I will take what I have bought and will shop around when I need some more.

Finally after trying so many prducts, and herble supplements. This is the one that has brought my blood sugar level in normal range. Alpha lipoic acid along with Berberine I feel so much better. I'm on the road to recovery. I hope this helps someone.
