You are selling this product as a concentrate, but it is a watery supplement!!! I was following your instructions, 1/ 5 of a teaspoon in a glass of water and it has almost no taste, hence, it should be a concentrate. I tried it in less than 100 ml of water, almost the same. I mentioned in my email that I feel responsible for preventing your other customers from making the same mistake of writing a review about my bad experience with your product. You probably should know what you are selling to your customers, at least your suppliers should, but you replied that you do not feel responsible for that, so, bad customer service, as well, as a product. On the other hand, your organic beetroot powder is excellent, so I know the difference. I am the one who paid for the product and shipment and can not use it, I can throw it in the bin. I do not understand from where you get such a good review, but definittely not for a product I got delivered. I would like to hear your solution, if you don't try it, drink it, as you mentioned you should address your supplier and come up with a solution. Your reply was not good enough for me.
