CanadaB12 powder
I love Bulk Supplements especialy because I don't have to take a handful of capsules. I ordered many of my supplements in powder form and I have a set of mini spoons bought on amazon for easy mesure. B12 requires a mg scale instead of a measure which isn't very handy. I'm not sure how much to take. Is it 1/64, 1/32, 1/16 spoon or more?
