General Information

If you select New Zealand as your country, you will be billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).  FREE Shipping over $149 NZD.

Due to fluctuations in exchange rate, orders with a value that is close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties & Taxes as the currency exchange rate may vary from the customs clearance date and the order date.

Please check with your local customs office to see if you can import items or additional licenses are required.

Customs Information

Import tax and duties will be imposed on customers with order values exceeding $1,000 NZD.

We ship your package with the duties and taxes prepaid if they are collected at checkout. You should not receive a bill for any additional charges on delivery if pre-collected.

Shipping

All addresses must be entered in English.  Please do not use special characters or accented characters.

For Free, International Economy and International Standard shipping, we use courier services that specialize in delivery and customs clearance to New Zealand from US.  International shipping to New Zealand normally takes 4-10 working days. Delivery might take longer in the event of air freight delay, customs hold, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of BulkSupplements.com. In cases where customs processing takes longer than expected, delivery may take up to 6 weeks.

We also offer UPS as an expedited delivery option.    

Restrictions

We block products on our website that are prohibited by the New Zealand Government.  Some of the products that are not allowed in New Zealand are GABA, Melatonin, DMAE, Pregnenolone, Vitamin D (greater than 1000 IU per dose), Zinc (greater than 25mg per dose), Tryptophan (greater than 100mg per dose), Yohimbine, and EDTA.
