Tart cherry powder
Very easy. I appreciate the spoon-measure guideline for knowing about how much powder there is in a dose. The powder itself is easy to blend into food and does not have any strong flavor, making it very easy to ingest.
Helps better sleep
No taste with a little water. Seems to help sleep better so take it at night but nothing seems to help my inflammation issues besides myrrh capsules help a bit better than Panamax and even my opioid. I use as an adjunctive and was able to stop night opioid. Maybe taking longer the tart cherry possibly may help but is a nicer deeper sleep.

Product works GREAT!
We expected a good strong Tart Cherry flavor from this product but it is nearly tasteless. We almost considered returning the product but decided to give it a try. I normally get 5 hours of sleep per night and nothing I've done, or taken has helped lengthen that. After about a week of taking one quarter of a teaspoon before bed without any problems, I upped it to one half teaspoon. That seems to be the right amount for me, I started sleeping nearly 8 hours a night of restful sleep! Highly recommend.
