Horrible. I've been purchasing the same product, Acai Powder, from Bulk Supplements for years. I ran a nutritional powder fill company shipping globally for 20+ years. When I complained about the massive drop of product quality, customer support insulted my intelligence by stating "minor characteristic changes are expected." This is true + acceptable. What is no acceptable is a product quality drop so dramatically that the mere smell of this product hits my gag reflex. If Bulk Supplements had noticed I was a long term customer... provided a refund... told me the problem would be corrected. I would have been continued being a Bulk Supplements evangelist. Now I will be telling all my subscribers to avoid Bulk Supplements, due to quality + customer support issues.

All good so far - I am using this to make a tea - personally using 1/4 tsp of the extract to 32 oz filtered hot water, with about a 1/4 tsp of Now pure stevia for sweetening, 2X a day - makes a mild tasty tea, and best of all - less kidney pain with only a few days use so far. I like the taste so much - I would continue using it even if it was not helping with stones. I'll know after a few more days at least. maybe longer, if the stones are completely gone. I normally drink lots of water anyway - so this as a substitute with added benefits - is awesome! Since I like it, continued use will probably spare me future problems.
