Due to fluctuations in exchange rate, orders with a value that is close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties & Taxes as the currency exchange rate may vary from the customs clearance date and the order date.

Customs Information

We ship your package with the duties and taxes prepaid if they are collected at checkout. You should not receive a bill for any additional charges on delivery if pre-collected.

Kazakhstan introduced Value Added Tax to foreign entities selling online goods to customers in Kazakhstan. Orders are subject to 12% VAT.

All goods transported across the border of the Republic of Kazakhstan are subject to mandatory customs clearance per the procedure and under the conditions stipulated by the customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union.

By the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), the duty-free importation threshold applies to goods for personal use with a value not exceeding the equivalent of 1,000 Euro and a weight not exceeding 31 kg. Personal use import that exceed the threshold may be subject to applicable duties, taxes, and other brokerage (handling) fee. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice.

Delivery times are fairly quick to Kazakhstan. 4-10 days. Delivery might take longer in the event of air freight delay, customs hold, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of BulkSupplements.com. In cases where customs processing takes longer than expected, delivery may take up to 6 weeks.
