Be aware it is not pure Monk Fruit Extract. It is in fact mostly Maltodextrin which in fact is not a health food.

So far, I've been happy with Bulk Supplements.com Monk Fruit Extract Luo Han Guo. I have my own personal sweetener blend and I use Bulk Supplements.com Monk Fruit Extract Luo Han Guo in my sweetener blend, which I use in my coffee and other stuff where I use sweeteners.

Have not baked with it yet but tried sweeting a couple of things and had to add more than say stevia to get enough sweetness. So I think it will be too expensive to use for some things because I will have to use a lot. Also, I purchased directly from Bulk Supplements in order to avoid Amazom because I don't support that corporation. I thought that I could support bulk supplements directly but they had Amazon supply it anyway. Also, I paid more for the product than the Amazon price and I paid shipping. I am willing to do this if I am buying direct but to have Amazon supply it anyway was upsetting. They refused to refund my shipping cost. Never buying from them again.
