General Information

If you select South Korea as your country, you will be billed in South Korean Won.  FREE Shipping over ₩80,000 KRW.

Due to fluctuations in exchange rate, orders with a value that is close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties & Taxes as the currency exchange rate may vary from the customs clearance date and the order date.

Please check with your local customs office to see if you can import items or additional licenses are required.

Customs Information

Customs duties in South Korea are not imposed based on the day the goods arrive at the customs but rather on the date of the order. If you purchase items from the same overseas supplier on the same date and the total exceeds $150, customs duties may be imposed.  

We ship your package with the duties and taxes prepaid if they are collected at checkout. You should not receive a bill for any additional charges on delivery if pre-collected.

Shipping

For Free, International Economy and International Standard shipping, we use courier services that specialize in delivery and customs clearance to South Korea from US.  Delivery times are fairly quick to South Korea. 4-10 days. Delivery might take longer in the event of air freight delay, customs hold, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of BulkSupplements.com. In cases where customs processing takes longer than expected, delivery may take up to 6 weeks.

We also offer UPS as an expedited delivery option.    

Restrictions

We block products on our website that are prohibited by the South Korean Government.  Some of the products that are not allowed in South Korea are Epimedium (Horny Goat Weed), Rhubarb, N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), Horse Chestnut, Cascara Sagrada, DHEA, White Willow Bark, Chondroitin Sulfate Sodium, DIM, Bovine Collagen, Shilajit, N-Acetyl, L-Cysteine, Chondroitin Sulfate, Cat's Claw, Gymnema Sylvestre, Muira Puama, Magnolia Extract, Bovine Gelatin, Chicken Powder, 5-HTP, meat products, Slippery Elm, Raspberry Ketone, Melatonin, Black Cohosh, Senna Leaf, Agmatine Sulfate, R-Alpha Lipoic Acid, Echinacea, L-Citrulline, Yohimbe, PABA, Pygeum Africanum, Hemp, Hoodia, Goldenseal.

If your order(s) contain the following, customs clearance may take longer due to additional inspections and quarantine: dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt, etc.), meat, animal products.

South Korean Customs may require a doctor's prescription for order containing 6 bottles or more of supplements.

Import taxes may apply if the total weight of whey protein powder products exceeds 5 kilograms (on a single day).
